Out of State Enrollment Policy

St. Louis College of Health Careers is a member of NC-SARA (National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement) in partnership with the Midwestern Higher Education Compact. SLCHC is authorized under this agreement to enroll students who reside within NC-SARA approved member states. For a current list of NC-SARA member states, please see their website at:  https://nc-sara.org/directory.

  • Students who apply to SLCHC are required to provide the college with their designated physical address at the time of enrollment. This address is used for determining the student’s physical location, city and state for the purposes of determining enrollment eligibility and disclosures for any applicable credentialing or licensure requirements.
  • A student’s physical location is determined at the time of enrollment by the signed student application and documentation.
  • Students are responsible to notify the institution of a change to their physical location via their designated SLCHC Student Portal or by providing written documentation to the college regarding any physical location changes.
  • Students are notified per published policies within the SLCHC Catalog, that if they move out of a NC-SARA approved state to a non-participating state or U.S. territory, that their enrollment status, progression or program completion may be adversely affected, including termination from the college.

*NOTE: SLCHC is not able to enroll students who list their physical location within the state of California.
